Today I got to keep Isabelle for Jason & Renee, so they could attend the funeral (see post from friday). We had so much fun! I considered today a trial run to see how soon I think I could handle 2 kids. Wow. Those of you out there that have more than one…how do you do it. I know you just adjust and you “just do it”, but wow!
The kids played nice together & we laughed a lot. I think it was a great day. I do want at least one more child… I know I can handle two… I’m just not sure I’m ready to be this tired all the time yet!!
Here is the day in pictures for you:::

Naptime: neither of them was interested in a nap today, so I tricked them to one on the couch! It was so quiet, but I was totally stuck!

The pictures were great! Isabelle is a doll, and we already knew that Jax was a handsome little guy too! Looks like they indeed had a good day together!Having two children does wear you out, but you just adjust like you said. My kiddos are 7 years apart in age, so I don’t know if I can really say what it would be like to have small children at the same time. lol
I love these pics! Isabelle is so cute. I love how they are sleeping on you-that is so sweet!Two kids…what can I say…it really is crazy. But it’s fun, too. For me, the beginning wasn’t too hard-the newborn phase with Logan was relatively easy. It’s harder now because Logan is into everything and Connor is having a hard time sharing. But you just adjust and learn as you go, and really it is so fun having two. But let me just say that I am not up for having another for many more years!
I think you are perfect for being a mom!!!!! I am so glad you put the pictures up for us to see. PawPaw always ask if there are pictures for today when he gets in from work. I hope and pray that your second pregnancy goes smoother than the last. No throwing up, no swollen scary feet and no falling down in a resturant. love nannie
