Jaxon helped me finish our taxes the other night!
Here’s a new trick for mom’s with toddlers. I’m not sure if this is ok or not, but hey…it works! A few weeks ago, Jax and I were doing a little shopping & like most toddlers, the nice, quiet Jax didn’t last long! I was looking in my purse for something for him to eat or do to buy me just a little time! Ahha, the Ipod!!! It was a HIT (no pun intended)!! So now my Ipod has a “Jax Playlist” with all his Laurie Berkner fav’s!
Sunday afternoon, Jaxon saw the Ipod on the desk & wanted to listen!! I’d much rather him want to listen to music than watch TV!!

That’s a great idea! If it keeps him happy and you sane, then why not???
You are one smart momma! MUCH better choice than TV! Our iPod has all kinds of kids music on it as well, I should actually let Hailey listen for once 😉 I’ll let you know if she ever chooses that over tv tho!!!
Awww! Tally loves our handhelds. Hope everything is going well!
Oh Suzanne that’s hilarious about the iPod! Ethan loves mine too! I haven’t gone as far as making him his own playlist yet. That’s my next step! I hope I haven’t created a monster!
How smart is he? Brynn just likes to look at the pictures on the computer!
He is such a cutie, I tell ya! I htink the Ipod is a great thing! Keeps him out form in front of the TV that’s for sure! Good idea. 🙂
he is so cute and what a great idea 🙂
My Jacks loves my iPod too – though he tries to eat the head phones! Sometimes he also thinks it’s a phone and talks to it. Anything to get me through the line up in the store 😉
Good idea with the iPod. We’ll have to try that. Oh, wait! We have three kids and one iPod. We’ll have to figure that one out. Very cute Jax on the computer! Love that they are learning so fast to be tech savvy!!! They have to.Juli Beth
He looks so grown up in those pics! What a cutie. We need to do lunch again sometime soon. Maybe next week if you’re free.
I totally tried the IPOD trick and it worked! Anna is apparently a big John Mayer fan!
