I hope you all had a great Monday! I went to work for a while then I had to leave for a dentist appointment. I ran a few errands on the way home & decided that I just wanted to enjoy my afternoon! I roasted a whole chicken in the oven, made a homemade apple pie, cleaned & watched one of my dvr’d shows from last night! It was amazing to be at home for a while today all by myself! It was so nice to have eaten dinner & have a clean kitchen by 6:00. After dinner, Jaxon and I went to the park for a walk, then to Academy to get me some new shoes!

Did you see Oprah today? I can’t wait to try some of the recipes in the book. Joey is even excited to try the food!
