I’ve seen these on several of the food blogs that I read::
1 box brownie mix…. mix according to package directions.
fill the cups about 1/3 full
put 1 square chocolate in the middle
Spoon remaining batter on top of chocolate bar…
Crush 2 full size butterfinger bars and sprinkle on top
Bake at 350 for 20-30 min depending on your oven (mine cooks super fast)
Cool on rack.
Take out of the paper and enjoy!!
I didn’t even get a chance to put mine on a plate – It was that good!
The top is a little crunchy, but the inside is gooey with chocolate….OH MY WORD!
Make them tomorrow – you won’t be disappointed!

YUM!! I have made some similar to those but I put a mini Reese’s peanut butter cup inside. Really, Really GOOD!
